#FutureTechBoss

In 2019, we introduced our most successful campaign, “Future Tech Boss.” The purpose of this campaign is to center our Tech Divas by telling their stories and empowering them to become the leaders of tomorrow. During this campaign, we also highlighted a few influential black women in STEM! Check out below:

DOPE SOCCER x BLACK CULTURE
I am a Founding Member of the world’s first lifestyle brand exclusively dedicated to the intersection of soccer and black culture — Black Arrow FC. My work consisted of creating content and telling stories through social platforms, and always relying on Adobe Creative Suite.

As the Digital Content Manager, I realized that aggregating and centralizing our content — which was niche — was advantageous to our growth and credibility as a brand. We became the authority for dope soccer and black culture. So what next? We established partnerships with Copa90, Red Bull, and more. We wanted to tell stories that were overlooked and here’s what happened when we went to Atlanta, Georgia.

Aaron West went down to Atlanta to explore the bubbling Black soccer culture on Atlanta United's opening weekend. We caught up with Black Arrow, DÈŊ & Footie Mob to discuss the soccer scene taking for ATL. COPA90 US is North America's voice in the global soccer conversation.

We also told stories in Kenya and created moments in Paris.

Personal Moments - Thanks to the power of social media!

We recently hosted our "Creativity in Action: Designing Our Way Into Empowerment" panel in partnership with San Francisco Design Week. During this talk, we heard personal stories from leaders living their values around diversity and inclusion. We heard about their challenges, their triumphs, and what actions we can all take to create more equity in more community through design.

4 Keys To Empowerment Through Design

By: Karyn Pascoe, Chief Creative Officer. Sometimes Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) gets conflated with a list of boxes to check and quotas to meet. And the numbers matter, but so do the people behind those numbers. For SF Design Week, Beyond hosted a panel to learn from industry leaders about how we can create more equity in our communities through design.
